Job Vacancy - Fleet Administrator



The Role:


Due to continued growth we are seeking to recruit a Fleet Administrator who will support the Vehicle Systems Manager (VSM) with all aspects of vehicle stock control including marketing vehicles, vehicle flow through production and vehicle stock management.  


Responsibilities:

· Communicate regularly with relevant dealerships for vehicle updates and address any issues with check-ins,
· Liaise with workshop to facilitate work required for incoming vehicles,
· Support the VSM with the vehicle flow through production and administrative processes,
· Photographing of vehicles for marketing,
· Support the VSM in preparing and posting social media content,
· Support the VSM in conducting regular stock take of vehicles,



The Ideal Candidate:



·      2+ years experience in an administrative role/working in a busy office environment.
·      Excellent administrator proficient in Microsoft office suites, Office 365,
·      Working knowledge of social media platforms
·      Full Driving Licence

·      Initiative to work alone as well as successfully within a team.
·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·      Good time management skills
·      Excellent attention to detail
·      Excellent time keeping.
·      A great work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
