The Role:
Our UK WAV demonstrators provide courteous and informative home demonstrations in wheelchair accessible cars across the UK and are the face of our company across the UK.

You will be expected to develop an extensive knowledge of our vehicles, adaptations and the Motability industry as a whole. Working with our Motability Administration Team, you will be fully prepared to provide excellent customer service throughout your demonstration, with some demonstrations happening outside office hours to suit customers. You will provide the Motability Administration Team will all the required information after your demo and be expected to take full responsibility of your customer, ensuring they receive the McElmeel Mobility standard of Customer Service throughout their journey with us. You will manage phone calls, your diaries and maintain customer records from the road as you spend most of your week in the UK. The successful candidate will be given a great career opportunity as they play a big part in the next phase of our continuing growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Take a company demonstration vehicle to the home of a customer,
  • Carry out demonstrations to the highest level,
  • Be self-motivated to ensure that customers get the service they have come to expect from McElmeel Mobility,
  • Prepare files and documents for customer records,
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication,
  • Attend trade shows across the UK, including at weekends,
  • Represent our business with energy and positivity at all times.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Will have 3 + years experience working in a field sales role,
  • Ability to deliver a technical sale from demo to delivery,
  • 3 + years Customer facing experience in  trade shows,
  • Experience in using a CRM system
  • Offer excellent customer service.

Remuneration Package;

Salary will be competitive depending on experience.
