I wanted to thank you for the wonderful service we received from McElmeel mobility services whilst we were ordering our new WAV.

Of all the times to order a new vehicle we did it in the middle of a pandemic but the help and advice we received was fantastic!

Terry and Eddie gave us really  friendly thorough ‘covid safe’ demonstrations. They also offered us some good advice based on their comprehensive knowledge of the vehicles and the needs of our family.

Mary, you were amazing keeping us informed throughout the whole process and being such a lovely positive and friendly voice to hear at a time when I needed it most.

When Ben delivered the vehicle he was extremely polite and informative about how the vehicle worked and answered many of our daft questions!

The whole process was stress free and I would definitely use McElmeel again in the future.
