Small family business, very friendly staff, from our demo with Eddie to dealing with Mary on the admin side, the whole process of getting our first WAV was great.

Even though we were in a lockdown, nothing was too much hassle, test drive the van as long as you want they said, make sure it's the one for your needs. The Transit Connect was ideal except my wife got a sore neck trying to see out, so we went for the bigger Transit Custom Family as this allowed my wife the best all round vision, the vehicle is more like a large car to drive than any van that I ever drove!

We took delivery of the van from a lovely gentleman called Malachy, he cleaned all of the surfaces before coming to our door, again nothing was too much hassle, he took his time explaining everything we needed to know about the vehicle, then after a few days, we received a courtesy call to make sure everything was ok and if we needed any further assistance just ask.
