Job Vacancy - Office Administrator - Fleet Management Team

Based three miles outside the City of Armagh, we supply converted and adapted vehicles across Ireland and the UK.  Established in 1950 and the oldest converter in our industry, McElmeel Mobility is a third generation Family run business, built upon our core values of innovation and excellent customer service.


The Role:

As an Administrator working in our Fleet Management team, you will be given the opportunity to support different areas of the business including WAV production, Adaptations and Sales & Marketing.

Our fast paced department involves working independently and within the team to complete daily tasks and deadlines.  You will support the Vehicle Systems Manager with all aspects of vehicle stock management, vehicle flow and marketing of vehicles.

We are looking for exceptional levels of accuracy, attention to detail and productivity in this administrative opportunity.


Responsibilities

  • providing administrative support to the Vehicles Systems Manager,
  • preparing accurate reports,
  • responding to queries in a professional and timely manner,
  • managing personal workloads and meeting deadlines,
  • marketing vehicles through social media,
  • ensuring adherence to compliance procedures.


The Ideal Candidate:


The ideal candidate should have 1+ years administration experience/experience working in a busy office environment.  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with use of excel, Microsoft 365,
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills,
  • Must have strong organisational skills,
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a busy team,
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively via telephone, emails, and other mediums,
  • Full Driving Licence is essential.


Desirable:

  • Interest in vehicles,
  • Interest in IT,
  • Previous marketing experience.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
