Graduate - Vehicle Systems Assistant Manager

The Role:
We are seeking to appoint a graduate as Vehicle Systems Assistant Manager.

The successful candidate will support the Vehicle Systems Manager with all aspects of vehicle stock control including marketing vehicles, vehicle flow through production and vehicle stock management.

You will work as part of a dedicated and supportive team, as your skills and knowledge develop over time, you will gain an insight into the field of operations and management.

Working on initiative and as part of a team your main duties will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with workshop to facilitate work for incoming vehicles,
  • Support the Vehicle Systems Manager with all administrative processes,
  • Support the Vehicle Systems Manager with vehicle flow through production,
  • Support administration with interdepartmental processes,
  • Support with the proof reading of jobs cards, monitoring and updated of our CRM system and updating unleashed software,
  • Facilitate the Sales team, through prepping and photographing vehicles and posting social media content


Essential Qualities and Attributes:

  • A great work ethic, a positive can-do attitude,
  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written,
  • Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines,
  • Able to demonstrate an aptitude for learning new systems and IT applications,
  • Excellent attention to detail


The Ideal Candidate:

  • HND in business related studies or similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365
  • Full Driving Licence
