We are now seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team and lead all HR and people operations across the organisation. This is a stand-alone role where you will shape the employees experience, support our managers, and ensure our people practices reflect the values that have guided our family run business for over 75 years.
The Role
As our HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full HR lifecycle, including:
- Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- Payroll preparation and time management
- Absence, leave and attendance management
- Employee relations
- Health, safety & wellbeing
- Training and development
- Performance management
- Operational & administrative HR management
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who is confident, capable, and ready to take the lead:
- Proven experience in a stand-alone HR or people operations role
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience with time and attendance systems
- Confidence managing employee relations
- Excellent organisation, communication and minute taking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A proactive, self-motivated approach

Monday - Thursday: 9.00am-5.30pm
Friday: 9.00am-4.30pm
