This weekend, the McElmeel Mobility Services team came together for an evening filled with friendly competition and laughs at our pub quiz, organised by our fantastic Social Committee. Events like this not only build team spirit but also remind us why McElmeel Mobility feels like one big family.
And the Winners Are...
A big congratulations to Team Plug—our victorious quiz champions! This winning team featured Daryll, our Vehicle Systems Manager, Rachel, our Adaptations Manager, Teighan from the Adaptations Admin Team, and Johnjoe, an Adaptation Fitter who managed to avoid the camera but still made his mark. While whispers of "creative strategies" (ahem, cheating!) made their way through the room, it was all in good fun!
The “McElmeel Know-It-All” Award
We couldn't ignore Team Explicit, who took home the special "McElmeel Know-It-All" award. This team, led by Gavin McElmeel, our Workshop Manager, also included Linda from HR and Mark from our Valet team. 
What Is the Social Committee?
At McElmeel Mobility Services, we understand the importance of creating meaningful connections within our team of over 80 staff members. That’s where our Social Committee steps in!
The committee, made up of representatives from each department, organises quarterly events to foster a sense of community and camaraderie. With dedicated funding provided by McElmeel, these activities encourage team members from different departments to connect, unwind, and have a bit of fun outside the workplace.

The quiz was a resounding success, packed with laughter, light-hearted competition, and moments to remember. Events like this highlight the incredible spirit of the McElmeel team—one that values not only hard work but also the joy of coming together to celebrate as a community.
