The Role

As a Workshop Manager within the Adaptations department you will be responsible for:
  • training, mentoring and development of the team
  • managing and leading the team to achieve agreed KPI's
  • planning work schedules 
  • creation of build manuals
  • completing daily team briefs and tool box talks 
  • monitoring and reviewing current processes and implementing improvements
  • fitting of adaptations

 
Experience & Skills
  • Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Full driving licence
  • Hands on skills
  • previous fitting experience or mechanical knowledge advantageous

Hours of work

Monday - Thursday, 8.00am-5.30pm
Friday, 8.00am-4.30pm
