NI CHAMBER WINNERS "EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE" 2016
This morning we were delighted to open an email from Christopher at the NI Chamber to inform us that we have won their "Excellence in Customer Service" award for 2016.
As a company who work day in and day out with disabled drivers, passengers and their families, customer service is the most important part of our business. It might sound cliched but we genuinely work hard to give the best possible service to our customers every day and we never rest on our laurels or take you for granted.
As a third generation family business we have always worked hard to bring the right type of person into our company and we feel very proud that this has been reflected in this award. From our engineers, fabricators, mechanics and fitters throughout our workshops to our Motability Specialists and support staff in the office, from our assessors, vehicle demonstrators and delivery drivers to our senior management team, we are blessed with a fantastic team of great people.
